Default confused about fixing strut

Hi all. I do believe through searching through these threads that my problem (slight leaning on driver's side) is caused by a blown strut in the rear end. A quick visual inspection also showed there was a tear in the dust boot.

Question is, when I have this replaced, do I have to replace all of them at the same time (and do I have to do the spring + shock or just the shock itself and keep the spring)? Almost 130k miles... maybe it already is time to get 'em all done anyways? My goal is to retain or even improve the comfort level I have already.

Thanks for the help in advance!

If your on a budget you can replace them in pairs, front & rear. It may also
be leaning because a spring is weak on that side.
