Tm Engineering charges $500 for the Daisen LCA bushings replacement... What's funny is it is only two large bolts and just push out the old bushings grease and install the new...Thread locker and tighten up the two large bolts......I did it in about 30 minutes and was so easy...

I may consider getting into the bushing changing business, it is oh soooo lucrative....The Daisen bushing stink go with Armstrong, Adus, or OEM bushings you will thank me later...

If you can turn a wrench you can change out your lower front control arm bushings, really not that hard....Besides those are really the only ones that need changing in most cases.... Forget about the rears and uppers, they wear out slowely compared to the front LCA's and steering rack bushings....

Oh and sorry I am not in the automanic's besiness although I do enjoy it at times on my own cars.....Good luck...

What is the car doing that makes you want to change them out?

You should link to the www.lextreme.com website and ask for the guy who posted that thread. Lexus might not have the bushings for the SC. Most of us already checked with the Lexus dealers. Their bushings were discontinued. They have the whole lower control arms. Each will cost at least $400. For the Daizen, you can try, but that's a lot of money for labor. Also, many guys with Daizen had to take them out and replace with something else.

That guy that posted that thread on Lextreme.com is me JIBBBY.... I thought you matched the names on both forums to support my claims...That's cool I still like you.....

Anyway the Daisens don't hold grease because the bushings dont have lip edges so the grease pushes out and over time the bushings turn to crap...The other bushing have less rubber and lip edges to hold the grease and maintain the ride performance....

Most people will report the daisen bushing as good or great because they are use to driving on there old worn stock bushings..So any new bushing replacement will feel like million bucks... Bottom line the daisens are the worst out of all the bushings...the daisen rack and sway bushings are great but not the arms.... Remember I went from Daisens to O***s and immediately noticed the difference...
