The emergency/parking brake indicator lite keeps coming on and going off... doesnt do it for days in a row.. then i'll be driving and it will come on for like a second or so and go off....

any suggestions ....

Hmm.. Had the same thing happen just a couple of days ago. Happened while I was braking really hard. I assumed that maybe I didn't release the emergency brake all the way.

Thats what i thought at first .. but i've double checked the parking brake and it still doesnt it on occasion, just wondered if anyone else had the same problem.. does it 2 or 3 times a day on average.... just for a couple seconds at a time

You may want to check your brake reservoir level for a low level.. There is a sensor in the fluid cap. A forum search will provide you with further discussion on this topic.

Hmm. Low level does make a bit of sense. My light was flashing like mad today, under any sort of deceleration, which could indicate a shift in fluid. It's very cold today (10 degrees F), so the fluid could have contracted. Will take a look.
