Default TEIN vs TANABE Coilovers for the GS

I may need to invest in a set of coilovers to eliminate rubbing and ride height issues with my GS. It seems that most people here have the TEIN coilovers but does anyone have the Tanabe Sustec coilovers? What is the difference? Any info would be very helpful.

I kind of look at it like that, if most of the guys here have Teins and they aren't on the cheap price side that must mean something is good about them for many reasons. I say stick with what you know. I don't know anything about the Tanabes coils but I will say that you would love a set of Teins cs's....

Yeah that is what I was looking at but as Adrian says if everyone else is rocking Tein there must be something good about them. As far as I can tell the TEIN CS seems to be the most desired.

generally I always believe that you get what you pay for. Right now the difference between the tanabe pro 5 and the tein cs is more than 500 dollars. Thats not even close. There has to be a big difference in quality or durability. I know tein will hose you a little bec of price. They advertise and have alot of product placement(even in tuner video games you can find tein sogns) this obviously get passed onto the consumers. There a solid chance that the tein suspension may have better shock valving.
