Are there any brake upgrades available for the GS400. They feel too spongey for me. Where do I get them and how much do they cost?

D,

supra TT upgrades for ~$700 is the best bang for your $$$. contact steve at 1800 908 6968-2381 .
you would need spacers for fittment due to stock 17s do not provide enough caliper clearance.

rmm is essentially the supra pkg for more $$$.

the others are in the $2500 range.

As Will pointed out, RMM = Supra TT and Steve's price is unbeatable. To give you a brief idea, Brembo is $2700 MSRP and AP is $3095. Of course, you are not gonna pay MSRP unless you have too much money in your pocket.

IF I upgrade to the Supra TT brakes, will that violate the warranty?

If you upgrade the brake, it will break the warranty for "stock brake". However, it has no affect with engine, exhausts and etc.

"The federal law states that once a part is certified as emissions legal then the vehicle manufacturer MUST honor the warranty EVEN if the aftermarket part caused the malfunction. Remember knowledge is your most powerful resource, the main thing is to be well versed with the law and your dealers will leave you alone.
Also note that if you take your car in for service it is illegal for the dealer to note that you have aftermarket parts in your cars records and say anything in the nature of warranty being voided, if your dealer does this you can outright sue them BECAUSE it is completely illegal." from Mo at SRT.
