Default Brake job needed - recommendations?

Hey - nothing too complicated here. 98 SC400 and I need brakes replaced. I did this two years ago and didn't go with ceramics. I fought squeaking for a month and took it back and got ceramics put on. That work for two years. Now the squeaking is back. Could rotors be warped?

I'm not going to do this myself and I use the car for an every day driver. I could go to the Lexus dealer and pay $700, but I prefer to go to a basic brake/muffler place and ask them to order special pads for me. Anyone done this? What pads should I ask for? Thanks so much.

New Toyota pads, resurface the rotors, and bleed the brakes.

I never got squeaking with OEM pads. I'd stick with them.
