Is Tein supposed to be making a STB that fits the GS 430? I've read little mentions here and there, but never really heard the word.

I also think that it is not a priority for Tein.
I would expect to see Tein doing a STB for IS300s before they start doing one for the GS, and even that one is not out (yet?)

For the moment, the DSR STB that Steve Ganz is selling is your best bet.

Yep...definitely....its the only one that clears ALL 2nd gen GS engine covers right now, and allows room for EDFC on Tein CS....and some minor mod required to get EDFC to fit over Tein Flex.

I know, I bought one and returned it already because I wasn't thrilled with the quality or the color. I know I could have painted it or whatever but I didn't feel like messing with it.

there are many pics on CL that shows the DSR strut brace and all look good

I only think that the preference for blue mounts is something personal, not many other brands use blue mounts, besides Cusco and Carbing. What i think that DSR wanted to design something really different compared to the standard black mounts.

Stabilizer you mean as in SWAYS ... any sways.

If you mean STB, at the moment only the DSR strut brace will fit on a GS300 w/ engine cover or GS430 with the Tein CS + EDFC

For what i know the DSR STB is the only STB design that fits on ALL the 2ndGen GS models, including GS300, GS400, GS430 .

However, some additional options like the EDFC and Tein Flex will have a tight fit.

Hey guys, I was trying to find a STB that will fit a 1999 GS300 when I stumbled on this thread. Yeah, TEIN does make a STB for the GS here's the link: http://www.srtmotorsports.com/catalo...87bb39178be1aa . I'm going to go with the DSR. I plan on getting a supercharger and will need the clearance. Good luck.

I ordered my DSR though Carson earlier last month. Steve told me that he cannot get the DSR bars anymore.
