All of the Air suspensions that are quality are over 3k, and the HKS are quite expensive, your best bet is with teins. The way you want it, the CS would only work if you had a smaller diameter tire and it still wont go that low.

Yes...i have seen the Tein CS and Tanabe on my buddies rides....the lowest they can go looks like s/s setup esp in the fronts....the rears are a bit lower.

For VIP look...stay away from the Tein CS and Tanabes.

Oh wow, that pics sure brought back a lot of memories. My car sure has changed since then. My suspension hasn't though. I have raised maybe an inch since that last huge drop which resulted in my front HKS LS+ being blown. They are still in Japan as we speak getting rebuilt, but it's been there for over 4-5 months, I am really not counting on getting them back. I don't care much anymore anyway, since my air suspension is on the way.

If you want VIP style drop, air is really the only way to go.

The flex is your best bet because they are the softest of the Tein's that will drop that low, and you can adjust the stiffness to your liking.
Hmm. It just so happens that your selling a set of Flex's. Thats ironic. lol

I would go with the CS if were you. You will get a good drop, and you won't give up comfort. Im going with the CS in the Spring. if that helps.

Well yes It is ironic, but I still remember the fact that if you dont have 20's, the CS will not drop low enough for his VIP tastes. I still remember asking Bluelex how low they would rop back when I was buying my coilovers.

if u'r going for a real slammed look than i would say get Flex or HA, or air of course. the CS can go pretty low if u have 20's but not "slammed" like some say VIP is. i recently lowered my car some more. the fronts r tucked and have no finger gap at all, but i still have 3 threads left to go lower if i want. my rears have have about a half finger, well broken finger i call it, gap . yet i still have 7 threads to go in the rear if i wanted...so this recent pic is 3 threads from last of my front and 7 threads from last in the rear...its pretty low but some like it lower..as far as the ride, just a really comfy ride with the CS's

I'm on Blitz Sach Coilovers and the ride excellent.

I think this was the lowest I've been.

Can I suggest that perhaps doing the VIP style, by doing the big rim, stretch tire look. If you can get it right, it looks quite VIP. Get wheels that line up to the fenders and deep dish. But I agree with the coilovers, much better ride that springs.

Here's my SC VIP style, well at least I try to.

if you want to drop is way low to the ground, i think even the flex isn't enough. the HA might be possible. i would just get air runner, talk to junctionGS about it. he's a great guy
