Default Brakes seem to rattle

After getting my brakes blead the other day, i was driving down a bumpy road, and could hear a rattle noise. I check the calipers, not loose, checked the rotors, not loose, tried to move the brake pads, they moved! WTF! What do i do now? What do i need to keep them in place? I installed them, and they blead them, now i got noise! Am i maybe missing the shim kit?
