Hacked CL to become a Mod
all i have to say is that 9h later, i'm never putting another coilovers in an SC ever again. And if you think the front passenger side is hard to do, it's nothing compared to the driver side

thats where im stuck! the driver's side! this is hell..since i stripped the bolt..i think i might have to hacksaw it off then buy a new one and replace it..i dont know any other way i can remove it if its gone

^^ yea stupid windshield fluid container is in the way...what i did was remove the battery and removed some bolts that hold the container, don't have to remove the container, just loosen it a bit so that u can sneak that long bolt through...o and you have to remove the lining as well. what is bad is that the bolts are all so hard to untighten (got tired from that)
edit: i did this install with a friend (he did most of the work) but it was still hard, so i don't think tackling this on your own is a wise idea

Thats exactly how I did it, I was trying to explain that earlier. Good write up, Beats the heck out of all the extra BS removal. Takes about a 1/2 hour per side to swap coilovers.

For you guys that have the problem with the end link... Yes it is supposed to be that hard... If you strip the part where the allen key goes you will have to cut it off and get a new one.
Best way to get em off is using some PB blaster and letting it soak for an hour or 2 with some sprays in between. If not just cut them all off and get a new ones...
