Default lowering springs?

Right now im running stocks on my 92 SC3, but plan on getting 18s on the future. Currently i want to drop my SC and want to know what springs would be best, look wise, and ride quality wise? I am also worried about ground clearance and dont want to scrape the bottom of the car, as i do use the car for everyday use. As of now im thinking of the Eibach Pro's but I am worried the 1 inch wont be enough. any thoughts or suggestions, thanks.

There's a lot of guys here that have fitted Espelir ASD springs to their SC's and Soarers, I've personally seen them on a Soarer and I thought the drop was perfect

Not trying to be biased or anything though

Unfortunately I have to bring it up to sane levels now because I use the car a LOT for work, plus a cop defected me today

I run Espelir ASD, and I love them. It sits as perfect as can be without coilovers...IMO
As far as tires and wheels go you can run lots of different combos as long as you do some research on wheel offset

Im running the espelirs also- with Tokico's... I think my next set up will be coil overs, but I am curious as to how the Kg/mm springs are- they have a bit of a more aggressive drop.

thanks for all your replies and the espelir asds sound like the best choice as of now, however im a little worried about ground clearance. i have 2.5inch pipes underneath and it seems to have 3-4 inch ground clearance stock, if it drops with espelirs, will the rubbing be real bad? by the way its an everyday driver.

I do scrape my exhaust every now and then... you just have to be aware of the upcoming road conditions, and slow down for steep slopes. Everytime I hear my car scrape, my heart sinks into my stomache, and I hope that I didn't totally tear up my JIC set up. But for the most part, Im safe.

I don't scrape very often...just gotta be more cautious with a lowered car.

very nice howiedoit, however u would have less scraping because you have stock exhaust, or so it looks.

I need to post up a pic of my car with the new set up, I'll take some on the weekend. The Espelirs are great! I use the car for work everyday so I need something less than rock hard than coilovers so I swapped them over to normal suspension components (conventional struts, standard upper mounts, Espelir springs) and MY GOD what a difference that was! Of course my car sits higher than before, but nothing major (I have about 1cm gap from fender lip to tyre) but the ride is just soooo much smoother than before, I don't have to worry about a churning stomach after going over rough roads.

eibachs just dont drop the car enough (IN MY OPINION- lol) I like my car to look noticably lowered... but thats just me- ohh, but I bet the Supra Eibachs would look great.

plus- I wanted something a little different- seems like alot of people with lots of different cars have eibachs- when I got my Espelirs, they were still only available from japan.
