i wanna lower my car but i dont want to spend all the money on shocks and springs i wanna just get springs. The problem with that i hear is that it wears out the stock shocks. How long before it wears them out? Thanks

Hey, i've heard the stock shocks will wear out within 20k-30k mi for a conservative drop like the eibachs, but i'm no expert. 1.6" drop i've heard is the most you should go on the stock shocks. IMO if you're gonna lower, go ahead and get the performance shocks or coilovers. Tein SS is best bang for buck i believe. Remember, even if it costs a little more, go ahead and get it done right the first time. You wont regret it. Going cheap only causes problems. Good luck with the mod though.
