IS models Suspension Question
Do the 2025 IS 300 F Sport Design and IS 350 F Sport Design have a sport tuned suspension? My research shows it stated as yes in some sources and no in other sources. I prefer a less firm ride.

Do the 2025 IS 300 F Sport Design and the IS 350 F Sport Design have a sport tuned suspension? I’d like to consider buying one of these but I’m not interested in the firm ride typically offered by sport tuned suspensions. Thus, I’m hoping the Design versions have ordinary suspension. Some of the literature say Design models have sport tuned suspension, some say not. What’s correct?

I don't think they have the F Sport suspension. Best to just test-drive the cars and see how the ride is for you. If anything, the 2021 refresh of the IS improved the ride quality across the board, since the non-adaptive suspension received an update in the form of new swing-valve dampers that are supposed to help filter out smaller imperfections in the road.

I’m waiting for the 2026 model to come out, as it’s supposed to be refreshed/restyled and the 2025 car needs to be updated on some things. But if there are no non-hybrid versions being made any longer from and after 2025, I may have to buy a 2025. I’ll do the test drive as soon as the weather improves.
