Default Going crazy!!

So I did my first brake job. Everything went very well. Upgraded to power stop drilled slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Everything seemed to be fine until about 2 days after the install. My rear end now sounds like the wheel of fortune wheel spinning with the clacking sound. I have removed, disassembled, re cleaned, reinstalled every part about 3-4 times and it’s still there. The only issue I had was the first rear rotor I removed I didn’t release the tension on the ebrake and the retention springs and pins came off. I replaced them. But I just came across some info about the ebrake cable hitting the driveshaft weights and this could be the source of the sound? I heard it could be many things like rear diff cv joins wheel bearings. But it came on as soon as I finished the brake job so I can’t imagine it being one of those. Any thoughts?

I posted and then re-read your post saying you replaced the parking brake hardware. That's was going to be my first mention, typically the hardware hits the head of the wheel stud on the back side of the wheel hub. I would still recommend looking at that just in case things are still actually hitting, crazier things have happened.
