Install $ question
Depends on what book they go by for labor times. From the one I have access to on my phone, it calls for about 1.9 hours for the front and 1.6 for the rear. You also have to factor in an alignment otherwise your car will be all over the place and you'll be back here angry about ride quality (lol).
Again depending on the shop you go to, estimate anywhere from $150-175 per hour labor rate at most independent shops around me, as well as my shop, you can do the math for a total cost. Also just to add a couple cents here, when you lower you're going to want to get adjustable rear upper control arms otherwise the alignment won't be able to be done and you'll get some solid rear camber on the rear, and the tires will wear horribly.
Don't know what your overall goal is, maybe camber is what you want, then by all means skip the control arms. Me personally, I like to mod things to still make it feel as though it's a better factory vehicle.
