I just bought an 07 is250, car is very clean cosmetically and pretty decent mechanically. I've noticed a slight clunk when I hit bumps by the front driver wheel well. Any guesses as to what to look for? Thank you in advance

 

Check the suspension in the front. I would start with the sway bar/sway bar link and wiggle it. If it moves, it needs to be tightened or replaced (only if the grease bushing is ripped).
