Thanks for suggestion - I'm in Tucson but go to Phoenix often
I had been using Lexus dealer in Tucson for an 03 ES. Have added a 13 RX350, purchased at Chandler Lexus. Had a great advisor in Tucson but there were changes some time back, and he is gone. It just seems that they don't go the extra mile in taking care of what I want done. In fact I have fixed some things they said they "fixed" or couldn't find a problem.... and I have limited car smarts. First service at Chandler didn't leave me feeling good.
Thanks

No problem. Scottsdale and Superstition are the only Lexus dealers I've been to for service. I've always had a pleasant experience. I've never had to look elsewhere. Give them a shot, hopefully you have a better experience. Good luck!
In Tucson go to Brakemasters on 22nd and Harrison. Ask for Jerry. Majority of the guys there have modified cars. Jerry drives a Nissan GTR. One of the techs has a LS400 on air bags. They also have a certified Lexus/Toyota tech. Tell Jerry that Junior sent you and he will hook you up.
