BEWARE!!!: AAMCO Mesa Az.
BEWARE OF AAMCO

868 S. Country Club dr., (Country Club and Southern), Mesa
Took the car in to have a weird shift issue fixed, claimed I needed a trans-rebuild as well as a new steering rack to fix leaks.
Paid nearly 2600 to have absolutely crappy work done.
*No leaks fixed
*Shoddy workmanship -- actually broke my exhaust studs and gooped it back together
*never fixed the ball joints
* Trans shifts worse than when I brought it in
"And claims we have 100% satisfaction on our parts." -- They have maybe on parts but absolutely horrible mechanics. Took car back twice, had over 18 days, and never calls you first. You have to call them
* Claimed to have replaced throttle cables and custom make them -- whatever hell that means. I found the cables myself in 1 hour. Said he replaced it to my wife. Looked in bay and saw nothing was done.
Here are pics of the horrible work :

Wow what a mess!
Sounds like it is probably your differential bushings, as well as the rubber couplings in between the driveshaft pieces. Maybe even the motor mounts but the first two seem the more likely.
