So anyone in Tucson interested in powder coating, anodized and even chrome this is the place... Called this guy up gave me a smoking deal on Gold and no words can explain the finish just look at my wheels they speak for themselves
That's really good! Can they do valve covers? I'm in Phoenix but I can make the drive if they can give me chrome valve covers!
I would give him a call tomorrow for a quote, I know they can finish anything he's supposed to call me back tomorrow on a black chrome finish for some wheels... What he said is the chrome is a little more pricey but what counts is the finish and someone that can do awesome work
Well... the wife's been buggin me to build her an LS for cruisin/DD. I found a decent one. Needs some work here and there, seats need re-upholstered, needs new tires (doesn't really matter cuz I'll be putting on new wheels), needs struts (not a big deal cuz I'm going to go with coilovers). Definitely a project but that's the fun part right? It has 196k miles but overall not bad for $1500. As you can see in one of the pics she's already girling it up...

Whats up guys name is Danny, already know and talked to a few of you on this thread... But for those of us in Tucson im working on getting a monthly meet going. I have a 08' IS250 starfire pearl with a few tasteful mods an exhaust on the way now... For locals monthly meet check out "Tucson weekend meets?" I'll try to always keep it updated with the next meet

Hey guys, my name is Andy. New to the Lexus world! Just picked up an SC400 last week, as stock as can be. Don't plan on doing anything crazy to it in the immediate future but I've got some ideas for down the road (the basics, and get rid of these ugly stock rims, they kill the sportiness of the car).
Definitely up for some meets, so I'll be checking out that thread. I'm currently in Maricopa, but will soon be in Gilbert later this year. Work in the east valley, so I'm always out that way anyway.
I've grown up with mainly US cars (quickest was a Trans Am) and was looking for something a bit different. I will say I'm a bit disappointed with the SCs power, but a few basic things should liven it up a bit. Besides this, I've also currently got an 04 Maxima.
Anyway, hope to be decently active and maybe meet some of the CL AZ crew at a meet soon.

We had our second Tucson Locals meet yesterday we are starting small but hope we grow... We plan on heading to Phx for our April meet would be nice to coordinate with some of you PHX folks and set something up, we should have more Lexus joining us next meet hopefully a couple more ISFs and 1st Gen ISs and a couple GSs one with a 2J swap and a couple other buddies with M3s
