Default Park Place Plano

Ok, so im at park place right now and i came to get my brake pads replaced for the Brake dust. They told me the first time i came that there was a TSIB for the 08's and that i should do my LPS when i come get my brake pads. Well today they told me the TSIB is not for the 08's and i already had done my LPS. Im pretty sure i didnt do my LPS yet and they refused to "redo" it. So i was like uhhh while im here how much is the Rear Spoiler. They wanted to charge me 600+............ im tired of this place and i think im gonna get all my service done at Sewell in dallas.

Which dealership do you guys get your service done at? And are they good? Im willing to give up the nice big waiting room for better service.

Sucks to hear that. Got my 08 IS350 from them in December but they wanted to charge me $600 to add the spoiler until I told them I would walk and just buy from Sewell.

I want to get the Ipod interface but they wanna charge me around $700 if i recall. Called Sewell and they wanted about the same. Unfortunately like BMW, the dealers here know there isnt much competition so they are bastards when it comes to pricing on anything.
