I am looking for a body shop as well. I am thinking of calling the dealer to see if they can recommend anyone because I know the factory "matador red" color is a very difficult one to match.

Some ****ing assbag hit my car while it was parked at the gym over the weekend and left several huge scrapes in the paint on the front bumper, along with a small dent. No note or anything. God, people really suck sometimes.

Anyways, I am very much in need of body shop recs. It would be nice if they were near Plano/Richardson, but I'm willing to drive a little farther to get a job well done.

FYI, I ended up taking my car to Sewell in Dallas. They did a good job matching the paint, but they left some swirl marks all over the refinished area... I'm taking it back today to have it buffed out.

They also scratched the center console on my car, and might have put the wrong brake pads in when they did the brake dust TSIB, heh, but those are different problems, and should all be taken care of today, also.

^+1 on all counts. I'm SO sorry, bro. That truly sucks.
Hopefully, Sewell gets everything straightened out and correct - that's their (Dallas) reputation anyway.

Well it's the thought that counts, so thanks anyways, haha.

It looks like things should turn out alright in the end... 'Cept for the fact that my wallet will be $584 lighter.

did your rims get messed up at all? I know you said it was on the front bumper. Wasn't sure if any part of the side got hit.

Nah, the rims are fine. Only damage I can find is to the right side of the front bumper. I think if they were to hit the wheel, they would have had to do a lot more damage to the body on that side of the car... especially with how high my offsets are up front, haha.

New Concept in Plano: 972.578.1220 talk with Bruce, tell him I sent you.

Or http://www.stuartspnb.com/

Both of these shops do high end work. They both have more than one exotic in the shop at any given time through the year. New concept will do less if perfection isn't in your budget. Stuart's won't even look at you if you're on a budget.

Hope this helps.
