hey y'all. CnC is the second sunday of the month at the Oasis and Cobb meet is the first thursday of the month at Cobb. Weekly meets go by ear for the location. If you go to CnC or Cobb, look for me. I'm the Asian dude with a black SC400 that has bandaids on it or a light blue Supra MK3.

Howdy all, new member and looking forward to being an active participant in the forums. I was a longtime member on Acurazine, drove a couple of 6 speed CL's over the past 10 years and did some modest upgrades like BBK, coilovers, wheels, etc. Here's a picture of the car.
I am now moving on to one of my favorite sedans, the Lexus GS. I bought the 07 GS350, with only 55,500 miles on the clock. I work from home and only drive 5k-7k miles a year so this will be under 100k for a looonng time. I'm planning to do plenty of research here on springs vs coils, good wheel choices for a white car and start planning a nice build with a subtle drop, tasteful wheels, dark tint and likely I/H/E. I certainly welcome any input or advice, otherwise I'll be doing my homework and won't ask the same questions over again without searching
I'll keep an eye out for Austin meet ups.

Has anyone used Autocraft Bodywerks for damage repair? Lex of Austin prefers/recommends them, but I had a fender bender last month and they've had my IS350 for OVER A MONTH now just to redo the rear bumper/trunk lid. Car was supposed to be ready today and I called them and was told that they "need more time because the bumper got scratched during re-install and had to be repainted." I'm pretty disgusted.

ssis300 sorry about your situation...i do admit they might take longer than some body shops, but their work is top quality, i was in the business years ago and dont recommend to many other shops especially when it comes to lexus and tesla.
