coilover installer
You guys convinced me. I called Apex for their next opening and they said they might be able to do it today. I am going to be expecting a call soon. Hopefully they will be able to do it as early as possible this week. Otherwise, I will probably stick with TSP for friday.
Unfortunately, no they didnt get installed today. Apex told me that unless an appointment is cancelled, they wont be able to get me in until who knows when. Element Motorsport looks like a great place. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see if they have an opening soon this week. Otherwise, I'll just have to go to TSP on friday.
Cliffud-Did they work on your car today? I would've given you a call earlier, but I just logged on. Anyway, let me know how it went and is there anybody specific that I should talk to at Element?

Maybe another place to check would be Wide Open Throttle Motorsports in Chandler. Haven't had any experience with them, and don't know if they do coilovers, but the owner Ryan Woon is supposed to be kick butt. The number is 480-626-2803. For some reason I can't post the website link, google "Wide Open Throttle Motorsports"
mexlex- nope, they didn't work on the car. Robert, the shop owner, and I were fraternity brothers back in the ASU days.
if you stop by there, ask for him and tell him Clifford sent you.

Unfortunately guys, the install did not happen. I am still debating whether I should keep the coilovers or sell them. I am starting school today and I could use the extra money for books, gas, etc. Sorry to disappoint you guys but I will keep you guys updated if anything new happens.
Not to sound like a dad or anything....oh wait, I AM a dad, with a 19 y/o in college and a 5 y/o in kindergarten....anyway by all means put your educational needs ahead of coilovers, do school right and in a few years you can own the coilover company.
Hey thanks for the advice dad i mean csq. I will sell my coilovers and put my education first and hopefully own a coilover company(like tein) one day. I will put them up for sale in the classifieds as soon as I take some pics. So, if you come across someone looking for coilovers send them to me. By the way, where does your kid go to school?
Damn, yet another unexpected child!! Heh. My older son goes to Scottsdale Community, he was an indifferent (at best) student most of his school life so I'm pleased he's getting any higher education, and if he's having a good time of it he'll probably transfer to a 4 year school down the road. Where are you going, and what are you taking up?
Wow, architecture, just like George Costanza used to pretend to do. You might be too young to get that reference. Anyway no, my son doesn't drive my car, he lives with his mom and drives my old '97 Intrepid. I live out in the boondocks of Casa Grande. Best of luck with your studies.
Hey guys - I've posted a dinner meet to welcome Glen during his visit for Barrett Jackson - please check it out here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...47#post2360447
Also - I agree with Chris - save the money for school man. Either that or sink the money into starting a business.
BTW - my dad is an architect and licensed in a dozen states- great business to be in.
