Thumbs up Props for a great PHX area installer!

Hi all my AZ brothers and sisters, I just wanted to give a big to John (3GRFSE), he recently did a bunch of installs on my '98 GS400 and the experience could not have been better. He put on L-Tuned shocks and springs, Daizen control arm bushings, SRT intake and ECU, TRD strut brace, Tanabe cat-back exhaust and clear sidemarkers. The price was very reasonable and the work was flawless, John has over 20 years experience working on Toyota and Lexus cars (he's a tech at Camelback Toyota) and he's one of very few techs I've encountered who truly cares about his work, he treats the customer's car like it's his own. His work is clean and he takes the time to do it right.

I know some of you out there are DIY types, for the others by all means shoot John a pm if you need anything done, I highly recommend him.

And not to hijack my own thread, if that's possible, but please keep me in mind when you go for the Tein's, I still need a couple of L-Tuned or KYB front shocks. The leak in mine is minor but it bugs me just the same, and John is not thrilled with it either.

Btw please don't anyone get the idea that the leak in the strut is John's fault, the fault is mine for letting the darn things sit in my garage for over a year before finally getting them installed!

Lol, well of course we didn't know the one strut was leaking until after the install. I left the car with John over the Memorial Day weekend so he had it in his driveway and noticed a spot on the driveway, being the stickler for quality work he is he put it back on the lift and saw some grease. There was some question as to whether it was from the gunk they give you to lube the bushings or from the strut so he cleaned the area and watched it for a day and was pretty sure it was the strut. I've been watching it ever since, I park with that wheel on a piece of cardboard, and there are some spots so I assume it is leaking slightly. The performance is not affected at all but I don't want to let it go until it becomes a problem. Anyway pm sent, and thanks.
