You are welcome here on ClubLexus and I hate to bring down this thread because I grew up in Roanoke, went to college at JMU in Harrisonburg. All we're asking is for you to play by the rules and be nice to other folks here. It's not that hard.

My Dad worked for Rocco Turkeys.

Rocco Turkeys! Those things stunk up my apartment BAD every summer when the wind blew the wrong way. Had two big turkey houses in the field outside my window... off main street right across from the Dodge dealer / next to Loew's theater. Can't remember their name. Park Apartments maybe?

 

well some things never change, i know that smell all to well! I think the apartments you are talking about is called rocco drive, kinda funny. anyway if you ever make it up this way let me know...i guess we could ride around town and show the rice boys what a real car looks like. Because from what i can tell they have no clue. well take care and sorry again for my post about being a hater and what not.

I realize I am incredibly late on this thread, but will there be anything like this sometime in the near future? I would love to meet with some fellow SC owners around the area, I have alot to learn!

 

Looks like you live up in NOVA area around Vienna (I used to live in Reston and drove down to Vienna every day to catch the metro).

Nothing up there that I've seen coming up, the big SRT meet was a month or so ago in Maryland, should have gong to that one it was HUGE.

Keep your eyes on this forum and look for threads other than this one - it's mainly for Southwestern VA. I'd look for posts in Northern VA, DC, MD.
