help in Northeast Ga needed!

I am in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area and need some suggestions or recommendations on who to go to for the following items I need help with. I know these can be DIY buy I prefer a professional to do it so I dont mess anything up.

1. Need radar detector hard wired and installed next to rearview mirror.

2. Want taillights either tinted or blacked out.
