Thought I would check in. I'm suppose to fly to Chicago on tuesday to pick up a 1997 SC300. Hopefully all goes well and it makes it back home safely after an eleven hour drive. I'll be sure to check in and post up some pictures of it.
checking in from Hartselle, AL. Birmingham does have alot of IS cars, especially Donahoo Auto. I actually drove their to test drive 3 or 4 of them but found a guy in Huntsville selling his 350. I work in Decatur and see a couple every other week, mostly 250's though. Still have not seen an ISF though here local. I did see a Cadillac CTS-V with a Bama license plate reading BACLAC. Which stands for Bad A$# Cadillac. Roll Tide!!!!
I am just west of Huntsville. Anyone know a good place to get an alignment done on a lowered IS in the Huntsville area?
As much as I may get flamed for saying it, I have actually had good experiences with the dealership service department here in Huntsville. Sure they aren't the cheapest around, but I feel like I can rely on their work a lot more so than some others.
Also, I've never personally had anything done by them, and I'm not quite sure how comprehensive their services are, but you might give Freddie Louis Auto Accessories, located at 111 Import Circle, Huntsville, AL 35806 a try. I have heard nothing but great things about them, and the few things that I've seen them do look great.
