Anyone "know a guy" or used a decent shop that doesnt charge an arm and three legs for paint? I have a front bumper i need to have trimmed/painted for my 2gs

my buddy does paint work for my dealership on all the used vehicles. he was charging me 135 to paint the entire front bumper on my car whereas the bodyshop the dealer uses was gonna charge me 300 plus.
