Anyone know a place or can help me install springs on my GS. I will pay you for your time. I live in Raleigh NC. I'ved installed springs on mustangs and mercedes but never lexus.

My buddy Jeff (jtamulis on here, or jtamulis@hotmail.com) can probably help ya... (he posted around page 5 in this thread)- He's got a 1st gen GS he swapped springs on, and has done spring swaps on a ton of Supras and other cars too... he's over in Pittsboro, so not too terribly far from ya.

Hey mike i think i spoted the Blue is300 with HIDs that you were talking about. It actually came up on me quick. It was maybe 15 min ago while on i-40. We played around for a bit before we got clocked probably running about 85-90.

I assume you bought your car at Johnson Lexus. Curious on why you don't want to go there, because they have a very good service department. The only bad side is the cost, because they throw in a rental if over 2 hours and all the little extras they throw in while you there.

From what I heard, you can simply take it to the toyota dealership and get the same stuff done for a way cheaper price, but it comes down to it if you want a toyota dealership working on your lexus
