Well, i just got back from the Auto Show and what a great experience.... This was my first auto show and now I'm addicted
I took tons of pics and I'll try to post some tonight or tomorrow.... I saw some amazing cars ang even sat in the new IS, GS, 300c SRT8, RL, M5, and many more.... The new IS and GS are amazing
The IS was plenty big being I'm 6'-0 210 and i had plenty of leg room.... The SRT8 300c had the most comfortable seat ever.... but it has a 47k price tag
Also the new mazadaspeed6 was pretty nice with a white exterior and black leather interior... Looked really sharp
Also saw the Audi RS4 and waht a amazing vehicle....the doors where locked on that one
Hope some of you guys went.... I was hoping to run into Wringo but i didn't..... Anyway i could go on and on so I hope my pics come out
Later guys....

Hey Tony, glad you had a great time at the show. I happened to stop by the show on Friday. This was not my first auto show (I've been to the NYC Auto Show two times). Although it was not larger and showcased less cars than the NY show, I really liked how you get to sit inside every displayed car on the floor, except for the RS4 (for whatever reason)
The cars I liked include:
Lexus
* red SC430.. Loved how the color goes with the new LED tailights
* LS430.. My father is very interested in having this be a replacement for his 740iL, and I agree; it's a car WORTH replacing!
* GS300.. Based upon its predecessor, it still retains its luxury quality and sports-like stance in a relatively new direction. Me likey
Nissan
* Altima SE-R.. Comparable step-up with the base Altima with more power and a few different features (smoked tails, headlights, front bumper).
* Frontier.. 1st pick-up truck with leather seats I like. The 4 door feature is cool, but the size of the bed is kinda small
BMW
* 650ci.. That brand-new coupe model screams sexiness all around! I couldn't get a chance to step inside since there were so many people wanting to get in also.
Mercedes-Benz
* SL500.. More bank than any of the hardtop convertibles, and it's drop-dead gorgeous as well
* S500.. The '06 still looks like the current model, same features and all, but the seats are so damned soft and comfortable, I didn't want to get out at all
Toyota
* Solara.. First time stepping in one, and it's OK. Would love it if it were a convertible and had leather seats.
* Avalon.. I admit that this is a major step-up to the ES330. Many similar features and at a cheaper price tag. I also like how the rear looks and the dual exhaust setup. Just an all around nice car for the money, I'd get one

I didn't get to sit in the Mercedes or bimmers but i did take some pics.. The black M5 was incrediable looking
The solara my GF just loves....she needs a new car so it was nice to sit in alot of cars and see for ourselves what we liked....
The Altima SE-R is my Favorite 4dr. sedan out of the nissan group.... and the cokpit of the 350 Z was my favorite sports car to....
the lexus models i thought where great
The IS has done a major transformation i just fell in love when i sat in the 250... The interior was awesome and for around 32k i would consider the IS in a heartbeat..
I only sat in one truck and that was the frontier.. It was nice inside and roomy... and your right the bed was small...
I also liked the subaru but i had a hard time getting out of this car along with the evolution MR edition...
There where alot of great cars at the show lexusk8....
If money fell from trees i would have about 5 of those cars.
Yea what was up with RS4 and the C70? You couldn't get in those

I thought we were all going on Sunday as well?
I'm sorry Tony, that I didn't get a chance to see you on yesterday.
(I wanted you to call me when you got in town, but I didn't hear from you.) We'll get another chance to hook up ,soon I hope.
Let's see some of the pic's.
