anyone near spring hill? I drove to Tampa last week and on the ride was picking up real estate mags to look for land and saw some nice prices for acres of land out there and brooksville aswell. anyone here from the area ?.....can you give me some updates as to how the area is growing if at all...? thanx a lot..

This whole west coast is growing at such a rapid rate. If you can get it for a decent price and sit on it a while it will be worth it. I havent heard of spring hill, is that north of Tampa?

its south of tampa....man acres here in the acreage in west palm beach are going for about 225k-325k , just land , no houses. the lot up the street from my house just sold for 330k for 2.3 acres no house just land. so i want to jump on land out there bad. i was doing searches and found .5 acres lots going 25k and 1acres lots going fo about 50-60k but i don't know the area. i'm heading out there thurs to pick up my wheels so i am going to stop again and look some more..its getting crazy down here so up there seems like where to buy while you still can...

Thanx a lot...i called a realestate agent and am going to head up their in a couple weeks to take my time looking through the area. it seemed nice when i was passing through and online i found a lot of nice places. i might just move out that way in a couple years and build my house there if it keeps growing..
