Can anyone direct me where I can get my lowenhart ldr repaired and rechromed due to a pot hole? Most places I have talked to can repair the wheel but have to resend it out for chromming.I would like to be able to do a one-stop shop if possible.It appears that the lip is egged and since its a 3 piece it can be chromed seperately?Thanks for help Tim.Here's a pic

 

yes i know of about the best wheel repair shop in town its called glenn's wheel polishing here is the number 813-882-0224 they offer wheel straightening polishing and wheel refinishing

 

yes glen is where i'm taking my wheels in a couple weeks to get the lips repolished and clearcoated among other things.. i'm taking a drive up at the end of next week to drop off my wheels and another members wheels who is getting 2 wheels fixed and repolished..

Cool , I'm driveing up saturday morning. I have to call him to confirm but unless something changes I will up their saturday with 6 wheels in the back of my truck..You work on Saturdays?

 

does he rechrome cause with the repair there some chromming that will need to be redone thanks Tim

 

no he doesn't chrome...

 

but he will high polish the wheel and you cannot even tell a difference trust me he is about the best !!!

 

how much does it usually cost to get a wheel redone?

Hey Adrian could you PM me with how much he charged you to clearcoat the lips. When I ordered my wheels I only wanted the centers clearcoated and should receive them soon and might want to clearcoat the lips before I install them.

 

he decided not to clear his lips but i think he can tell you the price still
