Hmmm. Brave browser, I've had this pop up on two different computers.

It showed up at the bottom of a forum page.

If it shows up again I'll get a full screen grab of it.

LOL.

Just cleared my cookies and got this:

I'm definitely in the US.

Couple of factoids:
1) This only recently started. (week or two)
2) I'm running a pi-hole DNS server on my network
3) The link "See our Cookie Notice" points at https://www.internetbrands.com/privacy/cookie-policy

I think the fact that brave doesn't store cookies, coupled with you clearing cookies is why they are re-appearing for you and not everybody else :/
