I use brave on my andriod and activated night mode and love it but on my pc windows and come here I really wish there was a night mode option unless there's one and don't know it
IE in dark mode already.

There currently is no dark mode available but it's something that's been discussed, considered and possibly for a future release. Although the software allows customized themes, changing something simple as color themes requires a new style and thus adds a lot of overhead (maintenance wise) just to change some colors as the styles allow for an in-depth layout change.

Any site I frequent, if I can, I have dark/night mode on.
