This may be a very naive question. What do the little yellow star tags mean in main thread subject? Who assigns them? There are other little tags there also. Some are self explanatory, some are not. I have spent some time looking for an explanation of these tags on the site, but can’t find an answer.

Members assign the ratings to threads using the rate thread feature as in the picture above. Tags are usually developed by an automated routine but believe members can assign them when posting a thread as well in a field towards the bottom of the page
