Default To post pictures, what else instead of photobucket?

Apparently Photobucket now wants to charge to obtain the URL codes to be able to post pics to other websites. Ive been using them for years and now this... 2 questions. 1. what else is everyone else using to accomplish this? 2. Why isnt this forum just able to upload a pic from my gallery or a file? That would make it so much easier. Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of anyone hitting limits in the gallery.

Try to create another album and see if it's just a limit to that one album you have with all the current pics .

Also can simply attach pictures to your post directly from your device as I did above, I think that's what you are asking with #2 and that's supported. Just click the little picture from the toolbar or hit manage attachments button and add pics directly.

itll let me upload photos to any post or thread, but if o try to share a photo in a direct message it makes me upload it by HTML or URL. Why doesn't it let me do the same thing as when I click on the photo attachment icon in a thread, in a private message?

That's not a feature available within private messaging. Focus on the gallery is for folks to share in the forums, not in PM.

Looks like there might be a 750 pic limit. I wasn't able to post a pic to a thread... went in and deleted about 4 images and then ability to upload pic worked.

Have you tried creating an album vs your default gallery? I've asked about the limit but in the off chance that limit is based on each album vs user, try creating a new album and adding more photos there

I'm able to upload again to my default gallery (752 pics) so all seems well now. Thanks!

Good to hear, I heard back that it was a server issue that was resolved.
