To whom it may concern. I received an Email this morning requesting to fill out a Survey sent by the Lexus Club, asking about how often I visit the Forum etc. Was it sent by the Club or a possible Scam.?
To play it safe I delete it. Looking at the Forum, which I do every day, there was no mention of any Survey.

Dave, I also received the survey...asked opinions on possible web page reconstruction...current vbs v. new picture-filled color rendition. Imo, the new version I saw would be a biatch to navigate.

Anyway, after completing the survey the msg directed to a new page to post more general thoughts. Did that and a page from it.com opened with a user name and password login boxes. ???

If management here has retained a web design consultant, they really need to fire him / her.

 

Sorry for any confusion our survey may have caused! The email did in fact come from us, and is part of an ongoing project to improve our mobile website. The survey also includes an interactive portion that lets you comment on specific parts of a sample layout with your likes and dislikes, but this was briefly blocked with an unintentional login prompt that we have since removed. The entire survey should work as intended now.

The survey service we use unfortunately doesn't save in-progress surveys, but if you're open to filling out the first part again, please feel free to do so by clicking the link in the email.
