Default Uploading photos from my iPad Pro

Having trouble uploading photographs from my library on my iPad Pro. When I attempt to upload the picture in the comment section I get the prompt " this JPEG image has an incorrect file extension". All the images I intend to post do this. I've been on the Lexus forms for eight years and have had no trouble posting images before. If I take a "live" (take photo or video) photograph prompt from the Club Lexus posted it uploads perfectly. It's only in my photo library that I can't be able to transfer it. What can I do to correct this?

Are you just posting a single image or trying to do multiple when you get this error?

Thanks for the fast response. Just one photo I attempt. Then this comes up. Example photo was taken "live". iPad library causes prompt.

Wouldn't suspect it'll be different from air 2 to pro.... the examples above all seem to be pictures you took with the pro though.

Please try to save the the image I posted above, then re upload it and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, Can you try deleting your browser cache/cookies?

Just to make sure I'm isolating the right issue.

The specific photos you are having problems uploading are those you took previously with your ipad pro and saved in your ipad pro photo library.

Those from other sources and those taken 'live' during the image attach process seem to work.

That correct?

That is correct. Is there anything within my Club Lexus user
panel that I can make adjustments to for it to recognize?.

I'll see if we can get the tech folks to test it (or if someone with an ipad pro reading this can).

I suspect the image format saved on your device is a setting other than a typical .jpg or .png type image... it's a RAW file or video or something unique to the pro that isn't supported.

That would be great Dave if you could look into this. Before I upgraded to the iPad Pro, I had an iPad air and could post pictures without any problem. Yes, if some techie could tell me how I can adjust formatting that would be great. Thanks again for all your help

How would I go about saving the PNG file?
