hello everyone, I've been a member for a week or so, reading and lurking, occasionally PM'ing members in regards to their for sale items. I've come across a strange issue, sometimes when I try to log in, I get an error prompt telling me an admin has banned my IP address, and I'll be locked out of the website, unable to even read new posts. The only way I've been able to remedy this situation is to log in to CL with my cell phone, and then go back and try on my desktop. Can anyone enlighten me on what's going on? or how I can stop the IP banning from happening? thanks

 

IP bans are usually put in place because of repeat spammers. When you get the message PM me with what the IP address is at the time and I'll look into it.
