Default Allow Image BB Code

I've read over the rules regarding signature pictures, but I don't see anything about why the"Allow Image BB Code" is set to "No" for me.

Is it possible to change it to yes? I just want to link a little Fuelly image :|

Can you put the offsite link to the fuelly image URL link in signature, option 1?

Know I've seen it on other members signatures

Unfortunately not. Option 1 will upload the image to the clublexus.com server hosting. Basically, the image source in my signature will be "https://www.clublexus.com/forums/signaturepics/sigpic239786_3.gif", when it's supposed to be "http://badges.fuelly.com/images/smallsig-us/347521.png".

I need to be able to insert the code (w/o the !'s) "[!img]http://badges.fuelly.com/images/smallsig-us/347521.png[/!img]" into the BB code. So it will look like

If not, no worries no big deal.
Thanks.

What's your fuelly username?

I've found a couple of members who have done this successfully. Example chiph

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gen...ml#post9027026
etc

I've replaced the brackets with parens on the syntax below which is how it appears in their signature
(URL="http://www.fuelly.com/driver/chiph/gx470")(SIGPIC)(/SIGPIC)(/URL)

Hi Dave, thanks for the reply. The members you have listed and the syntax you gave actually just display the instantaneous Fuelly image which was uploaded to the CL server at the time he updated his signature. You can tell because if you go to chiph9's Fuelly profile page he currently has 125 fill ups, but his CL signature says he only has 113. Likewise, tommigsr's signature says he has 35 fill-ups, but he actually has 83. This is because the code SIGPIC only pulls the image that is uploaded to CL. In order for the image to be most up to date, the "Allow Image BB Code" permissions needs to be set to YES and then we can link an image directly from the Fuelly website.

Maybe I was tricked by seeing members' signatures like these and the mods don't want to allow image linking for some reason.

No worries, not a big deal
