That link gave me an error (error 500) which is a good place to start.
Once you get a working URL figured out, try using the little yellow insert image button instead of the manage attachments feature. The manage attachments feature is for uploading pictures or documents you have stored on your hard drive or device. Insert image accepts URLs to upload them.
