"International" Members
I am from Canada and in my User CP I have no choice but to put "International" down as where I am from.
I remember I was able to specify where I was from before but I just noticed this change near/during the Iraq conflict. I really hope the reason for changing other regions to "International" was not because of very little global support for the war in Iraq.
Can somebody answer my questions please?

I don't know the answer, but suspect it was a setting in the new version of vBulletin that CL uses. I didn't see anywhere that I can specify the countries (or even states). Let's see if Ethan reads this and has other ideas.
One thing I can confirm is that this change has absolutely nothing to do with the war in Iraq.

and up until today i updated my profile
which before i could put anything
which was Mississauga,Ont,Ca
no i can only pick one of the states or the last option which is international
i would like to see the other members in my area if not my country
