Can't update location prefix or title in FS thread.

Can't update location prefix or title in FS thread.
Two problems with my FS thread.
1) I can't change the location prefix.
I moved recently and I don't see in option to update the location prefix in advanced edit. The prefix still says FL and I am now located in HI.
2) I can't update the thread title.
In advanced edit used the the title edit but it only changes the title in the original post but not the overall thread title. The new title shows up on post #1, but the title shown in the forums listing is still the old one.
