I have my settings set to instant but I'm getting them 2-3 days later, sometimes not at all? It's not that big of a deal but I was just curious if it has something to do with this site, AOL or a combination of the two?

 

I suspect the site, email notifications have been a bit unpredictable of late but aol does randomly send stuff to spam so check there
