This is the second time now that someone has had a problem posting an iTrader rating for my account....is there something broken with mine?

Looks normal. If you'll have them post up details we might be able to help. Some of the most common issues are

Not using complete and correct URL (if you can't paste it in a browser and pull up the page it isn't right)
Not putting in enough commentary or filling in all the fields
Not using URL from the classifieds

 

Confirmed that the correct URL is being used and there is commentary with all fields filled in...still not working

 

Please post the URL he's trying to use
