hi everyone im new to this website and im trying to make an avatar. anybody knows how i can make one?

There's an option to upload an avatar there.

The max for users is 75x75 (moderators are allowed larger at 100x100 as you may notice their larger sizes). Mine's actually 97 x 73.

Do you have a particular picture in mind that you might want to use?

 

You should be able to add an avatar, but signatures and other features are disabled until you've been a member / participated a bit longer.
