Suggestions
The links. Visited links become underlined, while regular links are not. Please make them uniform, either underlined, or no underline. I prefer underlined for ease and familiarity. Active links are red which clashes with the color scheme. Maybe change that to another shade of orange or blue. The hovered links are a bland shade of orange. Try experimenting with more brilliant oranges like darkorange or coral maybe? Another shade of blue would work nicely there too.
The new thread form has slightly different properties from the rest of CL. The links are marroon when hovered over, and all links are underlined.
On the post reply form and in the sitre redesign announcement posted in every forum, the outer table is a shade of gray darker than the background color.
Could you possibly make the table widths dynamic based off percentage of window? A fixed width gets kind of annoying when you're screen resolution is 1280x1024.
The green arrow image that appears to newly posted threads should be changed to a color that complies with the new coor scheme.
More smilie faces!

Ethan, you can take parts of my copyright statement for your Disclaimer. I've never had it notarized by an attorney or anything, but I think it's pretty thorough and legit. Enough to scare off scammer at least. This site needs some more legal protection, just in case y'know.
