front page huge graphic

When will the big green colorado CL meet graphic be removed? I dunno for some compulsive reason it bothers me for more than one reason..it takes the page longer to load, and the event has long since passed.

ya i'd rather be taken to the main page rather than have to click one more time to get to the main page
