Just wanted to make you aware that we've noticed and reported the occasional technical errors that have been happening since last night.

Sometimes you may get a 'white screen' upon trying to read a thread, occasionally with a technical error message on it.

Refreshing your browser window often clears it, but sometimes needs to be done a few times. I'd suggest if you're writing up a big reply to a message that you copy it to your clipboard in case you get that error so you don't lose it.

I reported the issue yesterday and escalated it again this morning. Thanks for your patience.
