Default Speed improvement

Well I've just took a primer course on MySQL optimization techniques and lo and behold applied it here on CL. Result is a noticable improvement in performance.

Really shows the difference on the server logs. Hope you guys/girls have noticed it as well.

I know. I disable that for now as it was taking a big hit on the database. When we can afford to go with a bigger and faster server I will re-enable it.

Mike, I have noticed a speedup...it's definitely nice...as is the transition....

However, browsing ClubLexus on a Mac (using IE 5.1) SUCKS...man, the pages take 20 years to load! I'm sure most people are PC guys but I wonder why it's so much slower on a Mac?

Well, this is why I have both a Mac and PC I suppose...
